Refund and Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without stating any reasons.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

You can inform us of your decision by sending an email to info@ecoutez-records.de.

The refund will be made no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you chose when placing the order. There are no fees for the refund.
Return Conditions:

Please ensure that the goods have the following characteristics to be eligible for return:

The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
The goods are in their original packaging.

The following cases are excluded from product returns:

Delivery of goods made to customer specifications.
Delivery of goods that are not suitable for return, such as perishable goods or goods with expired expiration dates.
Delivery of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Delivery of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods that do not meet the return conditions mentioned above or for which returns are excluded.
Product Return:

In the case of a product return, you bear the cost and risk of return. Please send the goods to the following address:

We do not assume liability for goods that are damaged or lost during return shipping. We recommend using a postal service that offers insurance for the value of the goods and provides a shipping receipt. Without actual receipt of the goods or shipping proof, no refund can be issued.
Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of the goods. The gift voucher will be sent to you once the returned product has been received.

If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will refund the gift giver.
