Our founder and owner, Stefanos Ioannou, is passionate about classical music and has made it his mission to create a label that is transparent, fair, and supportive of artists.

At écoutez!, we believe that musicians should be fairly compensated for their work. That’s why we have a transparent payment scheme that allows artists to add any additional services, such as marketing or CD pressing, as extras. This approach keeps the overall pricing lower than other labels, ensuring that artists receive the compensation they deserve.

Our main focus is on releasing recordings online on streaming platforms. This approach allows musicians to release shorter pieces, similar to an EP, more regularly. We believe that this is a great way for artists to stay connected with their audiences and to keep their fans engaged with their music. If a musician wishes, we can also release a physical CD.

Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are dedicated to promoting the beauty of classical music. We work closely with our musicians to produce exceptional recordings that capture the true essence of their work.
